攪拌斗裝載機(jī)不能行走的情況想必大家也有遇到過，不能正常行走，肯定就會影響正常的工作，但是，大家也不要驚慌，要找出原因，排查故障。

1.檢查變速箱的油量限位閥、變速壓力表，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)缺少變速變距油應(yīng)該添加新油，但不能添加太多，否則會導(dǎo)致變速箱出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱的情況，通常情況下添加到限位閥流出油即可。

This is mainly caused by the damage and lack of oil and water of the variable speed pump.

3.若動臂不能進(jìn)行升降起落，也無法實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)向動作，且本身也不可實(shí)現(xiàn)行走。這種情況大多數(shù)是由于攪拌斗變速器的鋼板鏈接被螺栓剪斷、彈性板破裂導(dǎo)致的。將柴油機(jī)、變速箱一起吊出，拆除變矩器柴油機(jī)的連接位置，并檢查出損壞位置，更換并修好零件即可。

3. If the boom cannot rise and fall, it cannot realize steering action, and it cannot realize walking itself. This situation is mostly caused by the steel plate link of the mixing bucket transmission being cut off by bolts and the elastic plate being broken. Lift out the diesel engine and gearbox together, remove the connection position of the torque converter diesel engine, check the damaged position, and replace and repair the parts.
