1.自動上料攪拌車電機(jī)傳送帶松動，使得攪拌軸不能轉(zhuǎn)動。這時(shí)應(yīng)停機(jī)機(jī)器，調(diào)節(jié)傳送帶的松緊度。

3.攪拌葉片或側(cè)葉片與氣缸內(nèi)壁之間有異物。如果物料粘附在側(cè)葉片和內(nèi)壁上，則在攪拌器軸停止之前總會有尖銳而強(qiáng)烈的摩擦聲。在這種情況下，須立即停止檢查，手動清理異物，然后重新調(diào)整混泥土自動上料攪拌車。如有必要，沖洗一個(gè)或多個(gè)攪拌槳和水箱內(nèi)壁之間的間隙。
