自動攪拌一體車整車結(jié)構(gòu)特點有哪些，大家都知道自動攪拌一體車的用途需求有很大的發(fā)展空間。對于混凝土這個特殊的行業(yè)，當(dāng)然由特殊的車輛運(yùn)輸。而自動攪拌一體車為了適應(yīng)混凝土攪拌運(yùn)輸?shù)囊螅杂梢韵铝笙到y(tǒng)構(gòu)成。

As we all know, there is a great development space for the use and demand of the automatic mixing vehicle. For the special industry of concrete, of course, it is transported by special vehicles. In order to meet the requirements of concrete mixing and transportation, the automatic mixing truck is composed of the following six systems.

1.取力裝置。自動攪拌一體車的所有動力來源都來自于發(fā)動機(jī)，而發(fā)動機(jī)提供的機(jī)械能如何轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閯幽埽@就是我們的取力裝置的作用。它配合著液壓系統(tǒng)給上裝提供能量。

1. Power take-off device. 4.操作機(jī)構(gòu)：控制混凝土攪拌罐的正反轉(zhuǎn)。都知道功能決定用途，為了滿足客戶的需求，更是對運(yùn)輸載體的分析，配合葉片的運(yùn)動，實現(xiàn)小型自動攪拌一體車對混凝土的裝卸，這正是操作機(jī)構(gòu)的作用。

4. Operating mechanism: control the positive and negative rotation of concrete mixing tank. We all know that the function determines the use. In order to meet the needs of customers, it is necessary to analyze the transport carrier, cooperate with the movement of blades, and realize the loading and unloading of concrete by small-scale automatic mixing truck, which is exactly the role of the operating mechanism.

6.清洗系統(tǒng)：不僅僅是為了干凈，更是為了自動攪拌一體車的使用壽命。清洗系統(tǒng)可以說是為了防止剩料對上裝造成損害，也是對攪拌裝置和操作機(jī)構(gòu)的完善，使得罐內(nèi)壁干凈無殘留從而提高了上裝的使用壽命。

6. Cleaning system: not only for cleaning, but also for the service life of the automatic mixing truck. It can be said that the cleaning system is to prevent the damage to the upper loading caused by the residual material, and also to improve the mixing device and operating mechanism, so as to make the inner wall of the tank clean and no residue, so as to improve the service life of the upper loading.
