自動攪拌一體機的喇叭就相當于人類的嘴巴，如果喇叭出現(xiàn)故障，就無法發(fā)出聲音，引起別人的注意，導致喇叭出現(xiàn)故障主要是因為電磁線圈端子、密封不嚴易受潮、觸點燒蝕等原因。在操作混凝土攪拌車時，不要隨意調(diào)整攪拌車的液壓系統(tǒng)，使用前需要清潔攪拌筒內(nèi)的積水及雜物，冬季開機前需要檢查是否有結冰的狀況，下面詳細的為大家介紹下。

一、自動攪拌一體機喇叭出現(xiàn)故障的原因

1、電磁線圈端子不良

有些喇叭內(nèi)部電磁線圈漆包線端子接頭是鋁金屬鉚釘壓接連接的，非牢靠焊接連接，如果端頭漆包線上的絕緣漆處理不凈或鉚釘壓接不牢靠很容易產(chǎn)生虛接故障，導致喇叭工作不良。此種故障是喇叭質(zhì)量原因，只能換件。

如果長時間按喇叭易造成喇叭觸點燒蝕而產(chǎn)生阻抗，流過電磁線圈的電流減弱，多功能攪拌車電磁吸力下降無法吸引銜鐵帶動膜片正常振動，導致發(fā)音沙啞、甚不響。但不斷按喇叭時，若瞬間強電流通過阻抗依然能正常工作，所以會時好時壞。

二、自動攪拌一體機操作注意事項

2、 Operation precautions of automatic mixing machine

1、操作自動攪拌一體機注意液壓系統(tǒng)壓力應符合使用說明書中的規(guī)定，不得隨意調(diào)整。液壓油的油質(zhì)和油量應符合原定要求。

1. When operating the automatic mixing machine, pay attention that the pressure of the hydraulic system should comply with the provisions in the operation manual, and should not be adjusted at will. The quality and quantity of hydraulic oil should meet the original requirements.

2、操作自動攪拌一體機注意裝料前，應先排凈拌筒內(nèi)殘存的積水和雜物。在運輸過程中要不停的轉(zhuǎn)動，以防混凝土離析?；炷翑嚢柽\輸車到達工地和卸料之前，應先使拌筒全速以14—18轉(zhuǎn)/分轉(zhuǎn)動1—2分鐘，然后再進行反轉(zhuǎn)卸料。反轉(zhuǎn)之前，應使攪拌筒停穩(wěn)不轉(zhuǎn)。

2. Before operating the automatic mixing machine, pay attention to drain the residual water and sundries in the mixing drum before loading. In the process of transportation, keep rotating to prevent concrete segregation. Before the concrete mixer truck arrives at the construction site and unloads, the mixing drum shall be rotated at full speed at 14-18 rpm for 1-2 minutes, and then reverse unloading shall be carried out. Before reversing, the mixing drum should be stopped stably.

3、環(huán)境溫度高于+25攝氏度，從裝料、運輸、到卸料延續(xù)時間不得超過60分鐘，環(huán)境溫度低于+25攝氏度，上述時間不得超過90分鐘。

3. If the ambient temperature is higher than + 25 ℃, the duration from loading, transportation to unloading shall not exceed 60 minutes; if the ambient temperature is lower than + 25 ℃, the above time shall not exceed 90 minutes.

4、冬期施工時，應切實做到：開機前檢查是否結冰;下班時認真排除拌筒內(nèi)及供水系統(tǒng)內(nèi)殘存積水，關閉水泵開關，將控制手柄置于“停止”位置。

4. During winter construction, it is necessary to check whether there is icing before starting the machine; when off duty, carefully remove the residual water in the mixing drum and water supply system, turn off the water pump switch, and put the control handle at the "stop" position.

5、在施工現(xiàn)場卸料完畢后，應立即用攪拌車隨帶的軟管沖洗進料斗、出料斗、卸料溜槽等處，清潔粘附在車身各處的污泥及混凝土。在返回攪拌站的途中，應向攪拌筒內(nèi)注150---200L水以清洗筒壁及葉片粘結的混凝土殘渣。

5. After unloading at the construction site, the inlet hopper, discharge hopper and discharge chute should be washed with the hose attached to the mixer truck immediately to clean the sludge and concrete adhered to the vehicle body. On the way back to the mixing station, 150-200l water should be injected into the mixing drum to clean the concrete residue bonded by the cylinder wall and blades.
