自動攪拌一體機(jī)中油霧器的作用是使?jié)櫥挽F化后注入空氣流中，并隨空氣進(jìn)入需要潤滑的部位，所以油霧器中潤滑油必須要保持在正常位置，不能過多也不能偏少。

1.運(yùn)行前檢查事項

①添油的時候要在沒有壓力的狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行，操作之前要整理混凝土攪拌機(jī)周圍的塵埃等雜物，避免進(jìn)入油霧器。

① When adding oil, it should be carried out under the condition of no pressure. Before operation, the dust and other sundries around the concrete mixer should be sorted out to avoid entering the oil mist generator.

②油霧器中潤滑油選用普通柴油機(jī)機(jī)油，可以用粘度為2.5-7度的潤滑油或許工業(yè)用40#機(jī)油。貯油杯內(nèi)機(jī)油要及時更換，貯油杯的容量按100ml計算，使用100小時為宜。

定期清洗空氣混凝土攪拌機(jī)濾清器濾芯，因為濾芯過臟導(dǎo)致進(jìn)入壓縮機(jī)氣缸內(nèi)的空氣含塵過多，加速氣缸和活塞環(huán)的磨損，并且易形成積碳影響氣閥的密封性；嚴(yán)重時還會引起拉缸、竄氣，造成潤滑油的污染，影響潤滑效果；竄氣的時候，還會產(chǎn)生上油現(xiàn)象，汽缸壁和活塞環(huán)的間隙過大，被污染的潤滑油會竄入壓縮室內(nèi)并形成油霧，從而污染壓縮空氣。
