Multi function mixer is a combination of the existing concrete truck and mixing station. It can automatically load, measure, mix and discharge materials, and realize transportation and on-site construction. With self-propelled ability, hydrostatic transmission, four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering, it is especially suitable for construction in a narrow range. 1.多功能攪拌車換擋功能介紹
1. Introduction of shift function of multifunctional mixer
攪拌車選用液力變速箱,有高、低兩檔選擇。變速箱高低檔速比分別為 1.07 和 5.06。高檔時變速箱輸出大轉(zhuǎn)速、低扭矩,用于高速運(yùn)輸過程使用;低檔時變速箱輸出低轉(zhuǎn)速、大扭矩,用于爬坡使用。
The mixer adopts hydraulic transmission, with high and low gears. The high and low gear ratios of the transmission are 1.07 and 5.06 respectively. In high gear, the gearbox outputs high speed and low torque for high-speed transportation; in low gear, the gearbox outputs low speed and high torque for climbing.
變速箱換擋原理是通過操作駕駛室內(nèi)的換擋電磁閥按鈕切換變速箱上的換擋液壓油流向,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)換擋。這種換擋系統(tǒng)中沒有換擋保護(hù),操作人員在車輛行駛過程中如果誤操作換擋按鈕,變速箱會在高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)狀態(tài)下強(qiáng)行換擋,變速箱內(nèi)高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的齒輪會被打壞。
The shifting principle of the gearbox is to switch the direction of the shifting hydraulic oil on the gearbox by operating the shifting solenoid valve button in the cab, so as to realize the shifting. There is no shift protection in this shift system. If the operator misoperates the shift button in the process of driving, the gearbox will shift at high speed, and the gear in the gearbox will be damaged.

電控?fù)Q擋保護(hù)系統(tǒng)在原換擋系統(tǒng)中增加速度傳感器、信號轉(zhuǎn)換器。速度傳感器采集變速箱輸出端的轉(zhuǎn)速,傳遞信號轉(zhuǎn)換器。當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器的輸出速度為零信號轉(zhuǎn)換器才給換擋開關(guān)輸出信號,換擋開關(guān)操作有效。
The electronic control shift protection system adds speed sensor and signal converter to the original shift system. The speed sensor collects the speed of the gearbox output and transmits it to the signal converter. When the output speed of the speed sensor is zero, the signal converter outputs the signal to the shift switch, and the shift switch operates effectively.
當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器的輸出速度不為零時,信號轉(zhuǎn)換器不給換擋開關(guān)輸出信號,換擋開關(guān)操作無效(見圖 4)。電控?fù)Q擋保護(hù)系可靠性高,能從根本上杜絕變速箱帶速換擋。增加的轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器和信號轉(zhuǎn)換器安裝方便。
When the output speed of the speed sensor is not zero, the signal converter does not output signal to the shift switch, and the shift switch operation is invalid (see Figure 4). The reliability of the electronic control shift protection system is high, which can fundamentally prevent the transmission from shifting with speed. The additional speed sensor and signal converter are easy to install.
