一、攪拌系統(tǒng)檢查規(guī)定：

1、 Inspection regulations of mixing system:

1.筒體與托輪接觸應良好，不應跑偏、竄動和嚴重變形。

1. The contact between the cylinder and the supporting roller should be good, and there should be no deviation, movement and serious deformation.

2.攪拌筒機架緩沖件不應有裂紋或損傷；攪拌筒內(nèi)葉片、進料斗、主輔卸料槽不應嚴重磨損和變形。

2. There shall be no crack or damage on the buffer part of the mixing drum frame; the blades in the mixing drum, the feed hopper and the main and auxiliary discharge chute shall not be seriously worn and deformed.

3.攪拌筒、進料斗和主輔卸料槽不應有明顯的混凝土積塊。

3. There shall be no obvious concrete lumps in the mixing drum, feed hopper and main and auxiliary discharge chute.

二、液壓系統(tǒng)檢查規(guī)定：

2、 Inspection regulations of hydraulic system:

1.取力器工作時，應結合平穩(wěn)，壓力應達到設計的額定要求，不應滲漏。

1. When the power take-off works, it should be stable, the pressure should meet the rated requirements of the design, and there should be no leakage.

2.液壓系統(tǒng)零部件應齊全完好，系統(tǒng)工作壓力應符合說明書要求。

2. The hydraulic system parts should be complete and in good condition, and the system working pressure should meet the requirements of the manual.

3.液壓油型號、油質(zhì)、油量及使用應符合有關規(guī)定；散熱泵工作時油溫不應超過80℃；管路連接應可靠；不應銹蝕、變形、老化、破損、滲油。

3. The model, quality, quantity and use of hydraulic oil shall comply with relevant regulations; the oil temperature of heat pump shall not exceed 80 ℃; the pipeline connection shall be reliable; no corrosion, deformation, aging, damage and oil leakage shall be allowed.

4.各液壓操縱部分運動應靈活、連接可靠。

4. Each hydraulic control part should move flexibly and connect reliably.

三、供水系統(tǒng)水泵及部件應齊全完整，不應泄漏。

四、裝置檢查規(guī)定：

1.液壓系統(tǒng)中應設有防止過載和液壓沖擊的裝置；溢流閥的調(diào)整壓力不得大于液壓泵的額定壓力。

1. The hydraulic system shall be equipped with safety devices to prevent overload and hydraulic shock; the adjustment pressure of the safety relief valve shall not be greater than the rated pressure of the hydraulic pump.

2.攪拌車側(cè)面、后部的防護裝置應齊全、完好。

3.攪拌車應配備滅火器材。
