1.檢查是否有齒輪油泄露、軟管腐蝕、液壓油泄露、滾輪或卸裝置破壞或故障等問題。

1. Check whether there are problems such as gear oil leakage, hose corrosion, hydraulic oil leakage, damage or failure of roller or unloading device.

2.檢查卸料槽是否正確固定。

2. Check whether the discharge chute is properly fixed.

3.檢查液壓油箱中液壓油油位，不足時加液壓油。

4.檢查齒輪箱中齒輪油油位，不足時加齒輪油。

滾輪—表面涂抹黃油；滾輪軸承—加注黃油；上料、卸料機構(gòu)—加注黃油；調(diào)整軌道保護帶并清理軌道；水箱—加滿水并確保處于卸壓狀態(tài)；在混凝土容易粘附的攪拌機外表上噴涂一層柴油和水蠟混合液或近似溶液，這樣有利于防止混凝土粘附，便于清洗。

攪拌機停放一夜，即使氣候較暖，油溫也會降低，因此在每天使用前必須先預(yù)暖以下，直液壓油油溫上升。暖氣候發(fā)動機怠速預(yù)熱3-5分鐘；寒冷氣候，發(fā)動機怠速預(yù)熱10-15分鐘。定期維護保養(yǎng)，按期更換液壓油與齒輪油。

If the mixer is parked overnight, the oil temperature will decrease even if the climate is warm. Therefore, it must be pre warmed before use every day until the hydraulic oil temperature rises. Warm climate engine idle preheating for 3-5 minutes; In cold weather, warm up the engine at idle speed for 10-15 minutes. Regularly maintain and replace hydraulic oil and gear oil on schedule.

注意：首期使用達50-100小時時更換濾清器芯。否則液壓系統(tǒng)將不予以質(zhì)量擔(dān)保。

1.排放干凈液壓油箱中原有臟液壓油，并用新油沖洗一遍，再用新液壓油加滿

Daily inspection

檢查液壓油是否清潔和油位是否超過油位計的中間位置，不足時加油。注意：當(dāng)油溫底時不宜加太滿（高配的每4小時定量加注一次黃油）

Check whether the hydraulic oil is clean and whether the oil level exceeds the middle position of the oil level gauge. If not, add oil. Note: when the oil temperature is low, it should not be filled too full (for high configuration, add butter quantitatively every 4 hours)

50小時或周檢

檢查液壓油箱中液壓油油位，確保超過油位計中位，不足時加油；給滾輪和軌道加注黃油。

檢查50小時注意事項；用低壓黃油槍給傳動軸加黃油，給萬向節(jié)加黃油直油從四周滲出，給傳動花鍵上黃油，直滲出。

檢查保養(yǎng)200小時項目；更換濾芯；更換液壓油，每操作500小時或6個月后，排放、沖洗并加滿液壓油箱。

200 hour inspection and maintenance items; Replace the filter element; Replace the hydraulic oil, drain, flush and fill the hydraulic oil tank every 500 hours or 6 months.
