1.將車用尿素中加水

有人說，我不使用農(nóng)用尿素，加水總沒有什么害處吧。這你就大錯特錯了，要知道水中也是含有雜質的，而這些雜質很容易形成固體物，從而導致柴油尾氣處理液噴嘴堵塞，這對6方混凝土攪拌車SCR系統(tǒng)的傷害是不可逆轉的！

2.認為劣質車用尿素便宜就行

很多司機為了省錢使用廉價的車用尿素，覺得無所謂，只要加了就行。通過代替去離子水，而使用普通水生產(chǎn)出的不合格車用尿素中含有很多超標的雜質，長期使用的話，會導致濾清器堵塞，降低SCR系統(tǒng)霧化效果，雜質過多甚會損壞尿素泵。

一些6方混凝土攪拌車使用者會通過屏蔽柴油尾氣處理液來減少其油耗，從而縮減購買柴油尾氣處理液的費用，以此來節(jié)省開支。這種認知是錯誤的，其實SCR系統(tǒng)是不參與攪拌車的傳動和油的燃燒的，這樣反而會促使SCR系統(tǒng)增加油耗。因為如果SCR系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)故障，會導致發(fā)動機限扭，進而增加燃油量。

很多人認為車用尿素和農(nóng)用尿素是一樣的，混著用是可以的，但是這種想法是錯誤的。因為車用尿素的配比是有嚴格要求的，一般是由32.5%高純尿素和67.5%的去離子水組成，而農(nóng)用尿素的顆粒物、金屬離子、礦物質等雜質是非常多的。如果6方混凝土攪拌車使用農(nóng)用尿素，經(jīng)過SCR系統(tǒng)反應會產(chǎn)生一系列雜質，這對SCR系統(tǒng)會造成致命的損傷，其直接后果就是更換SCR后處理系統(tǒng)。
