自動攪拌一體車是用來運送建筑用混凝土的專用卡車；由于它的外形，也常被稱為田螺車。這類卡車上都裝置圓筒型的攪拌筒以運載混合后的混凝土。在運輸過程中會始終保持攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)動，以保證所運載的混凝土不會凝固。運送完混凝土后，通常都會用水沖洗攪拌筒內(nèi)部，防止硬化的混凝土占用空間。

自動攪拌一體車的散熱器在使用過程中，會因腐蝕和積垢等原因影響冷卻效果。清洗散熱器，去除水垢，是恢復(fù)散熱器的散熱能力的有用方法。車用柴油機進行維護時，須清洗發(fā)動機的冷卻系統(tǒng)。若水垢不多，可用水強力沖洗。此時散熱器和發(fā)動機水套的沖洗應(yīng)分開進行。

如果自動攪拌一體車的散熱器水垢較多，則應(yīng)采取化學(xué)除垢劑清洗。即利用酸或堿類物質(zhì)與水垢的化學(xué)反應(yīng)，生成可溶于水的物質(zhì)將水垢清除。清洗時，盡量采用循環(huán)法，即先用酸性溶液洗滌，再用堿性溶液沖洗中和。清洗時，除垢劑以一定的壓力(一般為10l(Pa)，在汽缸體水套或散熱器內(nèi)循環(huán)，一般經(jīng)3～5min后即可清洗完畢。清洗散熱器時，清洗水套、散熱器的溶液和清洗方法。
