自動攪拌車是用來運送混凝土的專用卡車，在對它進行操作的時候需要注意一些問題，才能發(fā)揮它應有的功能，接下來就給大家介紹一下它在操作時的注意事項。

The automatic loading mixer truck is a special truck used to transport concrete. When it is operated, some problems need to be paid attention to in order to play its due functions. Next, we will introduce its precautions in operation.

1、自動攪拌車在水泵工作時，禁止空轉，連續(xù)使用時不要超過15分鐘。

1. When the water pump of the automatic feeding mixer works, it is forbidden to idle, and it shall not be more than 15 minutes in continuous use.

2、起動攪拌車之前，應把攪拌筒操作手柄放在“停止”位置。

2. Before starting the mixer, place the operating handle of the mixing drum in the "stop" position.

3、攪拌車起動發(fā)動機后，應使攪拌筒在低速下轉動10分鐘左右，使液壓油溫升到20℃以上后方可工作。

4、自動攪拌車在露天停放時，裝料前應將攪拌筒反轉，將積水和雜物排出，以保證混凝土的質量。

6、攪拌車裝運攪拌好的混凝土時，攪拌筒轉速為2-10轉/分，在運輸過程中，平坦路面上攪拌筒轉速保證在2-3轉/分，行駛在側傾坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃動較大的路面時，應停止攪拌旋轉，待路況好轉后再恢復攪拌旋轉。

6. When the mixer truck transports the mixed concrete, the rotating speed of the mixing drum is 2-10 rpm. During the transportation, the rotating speed of the mixing drum is guaranteed to be 2-3 rpm on the flat road surface. 7、混凝土攪拌車出料完畢，應立即用隨車的軟管放水將進料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位沖洗干凈，排去粘結在車身各處的污物及殘留混凝土，再向攪拌筒內注水150-200L的清水，在返回途中要讓攪拌筒慢速轉動，以清洗內壁，避免殘余料渣附在筒壁和攪拌葉上，并在再一次裝料前將這些水放掉。

7. 9、攪拌車車內裝有混凝土時，在現(xiàn)場停滯時間不得超過1小時，如超時應立即要求現(xiàn)場負責人給予及時處理。

10、攪拌車運送混凝土塌落度不得低于8cm。從混凝土入罐到排出，氣溫高時不得超過2小時就需要排出，陰雨天氣溫度低時，不得超過2.5小時。

11、自動上料攪拌車在排出混凝土之前，應使攪拌筒在10-12轉/分的轉速下轉動1分鐘，再進行排料。

12、混凝土攪拌車運送混凝土時，發(fā)動機轉速在1000-1400轉/分范圍內工作，以使發(fā)動機有較大扭距，在運送混凝土過程中，車速不得超過40km/h，以保行車。

13、混凝土自動上料攪拌車水箱的水量要經常保持裝滿，以備急用，冬季停機后，應將水箱、水泵、水管、攪拌筒內的水放凈，并停放在朝陽、不積水的地方，以免凍壞機械。

15、在冬季應及時安裝保溫套，并使用防凍液對它加以保護，根據天氣變化更換燃油標號，確保機械的正常使用。

16、在檢查、修理攪拌車液壓傳動部分時，應使發(fā)動機和液壓泵在沒有壓力的情況下進行。
