全自動(dòng)攪拌一體車有時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)積碳的現(xiàn)象,那我們應(yīng)該如何預(yù)防積碳現(xiàn)象呢?

1、攪拌車廠家提醒不要長時(shí)間怠速行駛

怠速時(shí)間長,攪拌一體車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)達(dá)到正常溫度所需的時(shí)間也就變長,汽油被噴到氣門背面后蒸發(fā)的速度就慢,積碳也由此而生。同時(shí)經(jīng)常怠速行駛,進(jìn)入攪拌車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的空氣流量也就小,這樣對積碳的沖刷作用變得也很弱,會(huì)促進(jìn)積碳的沉積。
If the idle time is long, the time required for the engine of the all-in-one mixer to reach the normal temperature will become longer. After the gasoline is sprayed on the back of the valve, the evaporation speed will be slow, and carbon deposition will occur. At the same time, frequent idling will reduce the air flow into the mixer engine, which will weaken the scouring effect on carbon deposition and promote the deposition of carbon.
2、攪拌車廠家提醒注意熄火時(shí)機(jī)

對于裝有渦輪增壓器的攪拌車,在高速行駛或是爬坡后不要馬上熄火,在怠速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)10分鐘后再熄火,裝有渦輪增壓器的攪拌車其形成積碳的速度比一般自然吸氣式的攪拌車要快數(shù)倍。
For the mixer equipped with turbocharger, do not shut down immediately after driving at high speed or climbing, and then shut down after idling for 10 minutes. The carbon deposition rate of the mixer equipped with turbocharger is several times faster than that of the general naturally aspirated mixer.
建議攪拌車在常規(guī)保養(yǎng)都滿足的條件下每2萬4萬時(shí)做一下進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)的免拆清洗,也就是在攪拌車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)不解體的前提下用專用設(shè)備專用方法對攪拌車的進(jìn)氣道、氣門、油路等容易形成積碳的部位進(jìn)行清積碳的操作。

3、攪拌車廠家提醒使用清潔汽油

汽油中的雜質(zhì)是形成積碳的主要成分,所以清潔度高的汽油形成積碳的趨勢就弱一些。但是要注意高標(biāo)號并不等于高質(zhì)量,標(biāo)號只代表油的辛烷值,并不能代表品質(zhì)和清潔程度。一些車主為了保證汽油的清潔度,會(huì)采用在汽油里添加汽油清潔劑的做法。

However, it should be noted that high grade does not mean high quality. The grade only represents the octane number of the oil, not the quality and cleanliness. In order to ensure the cleanliness of gasoline, some car owners will add gasoline detergent to gasoline.
這樣可有效地防止在金屬表面形成積碳結(jié)層,并能逐漸活化原有的積碳顆粒并慢慢去除,從而保護(hù)攪拌車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)免受傷害。不過汽油清潔劑的添加一定要慎重,如果加入了偽劣的產(chǎn)品會(huì)得到相反的效果。
