自動攪拌一體車在其使用周期內隨著壽命的而不斷流逝會逐漸轉向沉重，這時我們可采用排除法來檢查它的問題，以及導致自動攪拌一體車轉向沉重故障現象的常見原因：

1、，攪拌車在停機熄火時用壓力表檢查自動攪拌一體車先導壓力值，正常的先導壓力值應該是發(fā)念頭怠速的時候不低于2.2MPA,高速的時候要不高于5MPA,假如檢查自動上料攪拌車壓力值不為劃定的值，那么導致自攪拌車轉向沉重故障現象泛起的原因就是先到壓力值分歧錯誤，就要調整。

1. First of all, when the mixer is shut down, check the pilot pressure value of the automatic mixer with a pressure gauge. The normal pilot pressure value should be no less than 2.2MPa at idle speed and no more than 5MPa at high speed, Then, the cause of heavy steering fault of self mixing truck is that the difference of first arrival pressure value is wrong, so it needs to be adjusted.

2、假如先導壓力值正常，那么就繼承檢查攪拌車的管路連接，查看有沒有有沒有泄漏，管路接頭有沒有梗阻，攪拌車液壓缸有沒有內漏等問題。

2. If the pilot pressure value is normal, then continue to check the pipeline connection of the mixer, check whether there is leakage, whether the pipeline joint is blocked, whether the hydraulic cylinder of the mixer has internal leakage and other problems.

3、液壓缸內漏，導致泛起自動攪拌一體車轉向沉重故障。

4、攪拌車油路有可能進了空氣。
