攪拌機罐體運用碳鋼或不銹鋼制做。選裝裝備攪拌機首要包括取力器、攪拌筒前后支架、進(jìn)口減速機、液壓體系、攪拌筒、操作機構(gòu)、清洗體系等。小型混凝土攪拌車工作原理是：經(jīng)過取力設(shè)備將轎車底盤的動力取出，并驅(qū)動液壓體系的變量泵，把機械能轉(zhuǎn)化為液壓能傳給定量馬達(dá)，馬達(dá)再驅(qū)動減速機，由減速機驅(qū)動攪拌設(shè)備，對混凝土進(jìn)行攪拌。

攪拌一體機體系說明攪拌筒：該車型所選用的攪拌筒方法是一種使用較為遍及的結(jié)構(gòu)方法，攪拌筒選用梨形結(jié)構(gòu)，其清洗用水和運輸進(jìn)程中視需要補充加入的拌合水，均由攪拌筒頭部進(jìn)料口處注入筒內(nèi)。

攪拌筒的進(jìn)出料體系（裝料和卸料機構(gòu)）：是輔佐攪拌筒工作的重要設(shè)備。操作體系：是整個自動攪拌一體機的控制部件，操作面板上開有“工字形”槽，是操作桿的活動空間；而且后半部的槽上開有限位孔，用來固定操作桿的方位。
