自動攪拌車裝運攪拌好的混凝土?xí)r，攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速為2-10轉(zhuǎn)/分，在運送過程中，平整路面上攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速保證在2-3轉(zhuǎn)/分，行進在側(cè)傾斜度大于50的路面，或擺布晃動較大的路面時，應(yīng)中止攪拌旋轉(zhuǎn)，待路況好轉(zhuǎn)后再攪拌旋轉(zhuǎn)。起動之前，應(yīng)把攪拌筒操作手柄放在“中止”方位。起動發(fā)動機后，應(yīng)使攪拌筒在低速下滾動10分鐘左右，使液壓油溫升到20℃以上后方可作業(yè)。

車內(nèi)裝有混凝土?xí)r，在現(xiàn)場不得停留超越1小時，如超時應(yīng)立即請求現(xiàn)場負(fù)責(zé)人給予及時處理。自動上料攪拌車運送混凝土塌落度不得低于8cm。從混凝土入罐到排出，氣溫高時不得超越2小時，陰雨氣候溫度低時，不得超越2.5小時。運送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長時間停轉(zhuǎn)，以防混凝土發(fā)生離析現(xiàn)象。司機應(yīng)經(jīng)常調(diào)查混凝土狀況，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時通報調(diào)度室，請求做出處理。

自動攪拌車在露天停放時，裝料前應(yīng)將攪拌筒回轉(zhuǎn)，將積水和雜物排出，以保證混凝土的質(zhì)量。在運送混凝土?xí)r，要保證滑斗放置結(jié)實，防止因松動形成搖擺，在跋涉中打傷行人或影響其它車輛正常運轉(zhuǎn)。出料結(jié)束，應(yīng)立即用隨車的軟管放水將進料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位沖洗干凈，再向攪拌筒內(nèi)灌150-200L的清水，讓攪拌筒慢速滾動，以清洗內(nèi)壁。
