攪拌車的底盤上的零部件也很多，減震器這個部件大家應(yīng)該都比較熟悉，減震器是用來抑彈簧吸振后反彈是的震蕩及來自路面的沖擊。在攪拌車的行駛過程中減震器一般都會有響聲，這是因為減震器與鋼板彈簧、車架或軸相互碰撞，膠墊損壞或是減震器防塵筒變形，油液缺乏等原因引起的，怎么判斷減震器是否良好呢？

如果攪拌車的減震器失效或者出現(xiàn)問題，應(yīng)查看減震器是否有漏油現(xiàn)象，用力按下保險杠，然后松開，假如攪拌車有兩到三次的騰躍，就說明減震器是好的。攪拌車在緩慢行駛中緊急制動，此時如果車輛的振動比較厲害，就說明減震器有問題，需要拆下減震器將其直立，并把下端銜接環(huán)夾在臺鉗上，用力拉壓減震桿數(shù)次，此時應(yīng)有穩(wěn)定的阻力，往上拉的阻力應(yīng)大于向下的阻力，如果阻力不穩(wěn)定或無阻力，可能是減震器內(nèi)部缺油或閥門零件損壞，應(yīng)終止修復(fù)或更換零件，并應(yīng)立即送去維修。
