如果自動攪拌一體車的減震器失效或者出現(xiàn)問題，應(yīng)查看減震器是否有漏油現(xiàn)象，用力按下保險杠，然后松開，假如攪拌車有兩到三次的騰躍，就說明減震器是好的。

自動攪拌一體車在緩慢行駛中緊急制動，此時如果車輛的振動比較厲害，就說明減震器有問題，需要拆下減震器將其直立，并把下端銜接環(huán)夾在臺鉗上，用力拉壓減震桿數(shù)次，此時應(yīng)有穩(wěn)定的阻力，往上拉的阻力應(yīng)大于向下的阻力，如果阻力不穩(wěn)定或無阻力，可能是減震器內(nèi)部缺油或閥門零件損壞，應(yīng)終止修復(fù)或更換零件，并應(yīng)立即送去維修。

如果自動攪拌一體車減震器沒有漏油的現(xiàn)象，則應(yīng)檢查混凝土攪拌車減震器連接銷、連接桿、連接孔、橡膠襯套等是否有損壞、脫焊、破裂或脫落之處。若上述檢查正常，則應(yīng)進(jìn)一步分解減震器，檢查混凝土攪拌車活塞與缸筒間的配合間隙是否過大，缸筒有無拉傷，閥門密封是否良好，閥瓣與閥座貼合是否嚴(yán)密，以及混凝土攪拌車減震器的伸張彈簧是否過軟或折斷，根據(jù)情況采取修磨或換件的辦法修理。

自動攪拌一體車減震器在實際使用中會出現(xiàn)發(fā)出響聲的故障，這主要是由于混凝土攪拌車減震器與鋼板彈簧、車架或軸相碰撞，膠墊損壞或脫落以及減震器防塵筒變形，油液不足等原因引起的，應(yīng)查明原因予以修理。
