水泥自上料攪拌車系統(tǒng)氣壓力不足是因為什么？

1、如果說水泥自上料攪拌車液壓泵有油液輸出的情況發(fā)生，我們可以及時查看它的工作是不是正常。如果不正常，有可能是壓力油路中的某個設(shè)備配件其他原因被卡住，處于回油的地方，導(dǎo)致壓力油路和溢流回路短路的情況發(fā)生，也或許是管接頭有松動的情況發(fā)生，當(dāng)我們處在油路中的某些設(shè)備漏油嚴重，或液壓缸、液壓馬達的密封被損壞。排除的辦法就是直接拆開有關(guān)設(shè)備來清洗，看看對應(yīng)的設(shè)備是不是損壞了，該更換就換，該檢查就查看一下。

2、看水泥自上料攪拌車液壓泵是不是能輸出液壓油呢。如果說是新的液壓泵，沒有液壓油，可能是泵體有缺陷，讓吸油腔和壓油腔有相通的情況發(fā)生，失去壓油能力，應(yīng)及時找海田重工更換。若不是新的液壓泵，無液壓油輸出，則可能是泵的轉(zhuǎn)向不對，零件磨損嚴重或損壞，及時更換。

3、水泥自上料攪拌車的液壓系統(tǒng)能建立正常壓力，一些管路或者液壓缸中間是沒有壓力的，可能就是因為管路、小孔或節(jié)流閥、換向閥這些部位堵住了。所以要仔細查看檢查壓力有沒有油液通過，找出原因，然后來排除。

4.
