選裝配置自動攪拌一體機(jī)主要包括取力器、攪拌筒前后支架、進(jìn)口減速機(jī)、液壓系統(tǒng)、攪拌筒、操縱機(jī)構(gòu)、清洗系統(tǒng)等。自動攪拌一體機(jī)工作原理是：通過取力裝置將汽車底盤的動力取出，并驅(qū)動液壓系統(tǒng)的變量泵，把機(jī)械能轉(zhuǎn)化為液壓能傳給定量馬達(dá)，馬達(dá)再驅(qū)動減速機(jī)，由減速機(jī)驅(qū)動攪拌裝置，對混凝土進(jìn)行攪拌。

自動攪拌一體機(jī)系統(tǒng)說明攪拌筒：該車型所采用的攪拌筒形式是一種應(yīng)用較為普遍的結(jié)構(gòu)形式，攪拌筒采用梨形結(jié)構(gòu)，其清洗用水和運(yùn)輸過程中視需要補(bǔ)充加入的拌合水，均由攪拌筒頭部進(jìn)料口處注入筒內(nèi)。

攪拌筒的進(jìn)出料系統(tǒng)（裝料和卸料機(jī)構(gòu)）：是輔助攪拌筒工作的重要裝置。

操縱系統(tǒng)：是整個(gè)自動上料攪拌車的控制部件，操縱面板上開有“工字形”槽，是操縱桿的活動空間；并且后半部的槽上開有限位孔，用來固定操縱桿的位置。該操縱系統(tǒng)通過汽車尾部的左右兩個(gè)操縱桿來控制攪拌筒的正、反轉(zhuǎn)和轉(zhuǎn)速，從而來完成進(jìn)出料以及攪拌動作。
