要想使自動攪拌車的使用壽命延長，就需要對自動攪拌車進行定期保養(yǎng)，對于保養(yǎng)這件事，很多車主都知道保養(yǎng)的作用。但是自動攪拌車的不見很多，有的時候車主會在保養(yǎng)的時候有所遺漏，為了使自動攪拌車的使用更好，應(yīng)該對每一個部件都要進行保養(yǎng)。

1、發(fā)電機

1. Generator

它是在車工作中的作用是發(fā)電，通過自動攪拌車發(fā)動機的轉(zhuǎn)動來帶動發(fā)電機的轉(zhuǎn)動，產(chǎn)生電流后供自動攪拌車其他部分使用。雖然發(fā)電機是一個被動裝置，理論上損耗要小于其他部件，但對于自動攪拌車轉(zhuǎn)動軸承和皮帶輪來說，也是發(fā)電機易受磨損的部位。

2、點火線

2. Ignition wire

自動攪拌車火花塞相信大家都知道，也有的司機會自己更換火花塞，但與之相比，點火線就很少被關(guān)注了。有的司機說：為什么自己的車沒有什么毛病，但就是不愛著火呢？行駛的油耗變高，動力差，如果不是其他原因引起的話。

建議司機檢查一下點火線。建議每兩萬更換點火線

3、制動盤

3. Brake disc

攪拌車制動盤相信大家都要熟悉，目前越來越多的自動攪拌車都逐漸從前盤后鼓的制動配置過度。采用盤式剎車的好處在于其擁有更好地散熱性，而且清理和更換更加方便。多數(shù)司機都認為剎車片要比剎車盤更加容易磨損，沒有對剎車盤引起足夠的重視，事實上盤與片的作用力都是相互的，接觸摩擦都會有磨損，而且剎車盤表面要比剎車片光滑，容易受剎車片粗糙表面的影響。剎車片本身就是易損件，但是在我們檢查更換剎車片的同時，也要注意攪拌車剎車盤表面的狀況，如果出現(xiàn)比較清晰的劃痕。

建議更換新的剎車盤，以免出現(xiàn)意向不到的后果
