一個(gè)工作周期內(nèi)攪拌車主機(jī)系統(tǒng)少應(yīng)清洗1次。每天可以生產(chǎn)活動結(jié)束后，則應(yīng)對攪拌車主機(jī)信息進(jìn)行比較全面的清洗，方法是：在清洗服務(wù)過程中，將水及少許石子放進(jìn)攪拌主機(jī)內(nèi)通過攪拌5～10min，清洗后將機(jī)內(nèi)物料管理全部有用，不得有積水、積料;停機(jī)后再沖洗以及管道，攪拌罐內(nèi)外環(huán)境灰塵和粘附的混凝土。一般這種情況下，JS1000型攪拌設(shè)備主機(jī)之間加水約150～180kg左右，其他產(chǎn)品型號選擇主機(jī)可據(jù)此分析增減，也可自備高壓水槍或者進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)清理。

攪拌車設(shè)備正常生產(chǎn)期間，要定期檢查攪拌筒內(nèi)及攪拌軸上混凝土的凝固情況，如有凝結(jié)應(yīng)及時(shí)按要求進(jìn)行人工鏟除。人工清理攪拌筒前，必須切斷電源、氣路，放凈余氣、鎖好控制室;人工清理攪拌筒時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁猛烈敲擊攪拌軸、攪拌臂及攪拌葉片。
