自動攪拌一體機密封條如何保養(yǎng)？

密封膠條是自動攪拌一體機的重要零部件之一，廣泛用于車門、車窗、車身、座椅、天窗、發(fā)動機箱和后備箱等部位，可以生產(chǎn)用于安裝客車行李倉門的橡膠鉸鏈，還具有其他防水、密封等作用。

1、檢查密封條有無大的裂紋，有無斷裂。如果密封條斷裂了，可以使用粘結(jié)劑進行修補。特別是使用密封條專用粘結(jié)劑，很容易就能把大的裂紋條補好。當(dāng)然，如果密封條損傷嚴重，或老化程度較大，還是更換新密封條省事。

3. 4、車門與車身的密封是一個比較困難的部位，密封要求比較嚴，應(yīng)密封的部分比較長，各密封部位的斷面形狀不盡相同，而且車門啟閉頻繁。在轎車上常設(shè)置3道,4道密封，安裝前支柱及車頂側(cè)橫梁部位的四重密封的構(gòu)造。這種多道密封一般都布置在前門縫里，除具有密封功能外，還有汽車隔音降噪的作用。
