1、在起動自動上料水泥攪拌車之前，應(yīng)把攪拌筒操作手柄放在“停止”位置。

1. Before starting the automatic feeding cement mixer, put the operating handle of the mixing drum at the "stop" position.

2、自動上料水泥攪拌車起動發(fā)動機后，應(yīng)使攪拌筒在低速下轉(zhuǎn)動10分鐘左右，使液壓油溫升到20℃以上后方可工作。

2. After the engine of the automatic feeding cement mixer is started, the mixing drum shall be rotated at low speed for about 10 minutes to make the hydraulic oil temperature rise to above 20 ℃ before operation.

3、自動上料水泥攪拌車在運輸混凝土?xí)r，要保證滑斗放置牢固，防止因松動造成擺動，在行進中打傷行人或影響其它車輛正常運行。

5、自動上料水泥攪拌車裝運攪拌好的混凝土?xí)r，攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速為2-10轉(zhuǎn)/分，在運輸過程中，平坦路面上攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)速保證在2-3轉(zhuǎn)/分，行駛在側(cè)傾坡度大于50的路面，或左右晃動較大的路面時，應(yīng)停止攪拌旋轉(zhuǎn)，待路況好轉(zhuǎn)后再恢復(fù)攪拌旋轉(zhuǎn)。

6、自動上料水泥攪拌車運送混凝土的時間不能超過攪拌站規(guī)定的時間。運送混凝土途中，攪拌筒不得長時間停轉(zhuǎn)，以防混凝土產(chǎn)生離析現(xiàn)象。司機應(yīng)時常觀察混凝土情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常及時通報調(diào)度室，申請做出處理。

6. The time for automatic loading cement mixer to transport concrete shall not exceed the time specified by the mixing station. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not be stopped for a long time to prevent segregation of concrete. The driver shall always observe the concrete condition, report to the dispatching room in time in case of any abnormality, and apply for handling.

7、自動上料攪拌車運送混凝土塌落度不得低于8cm。從混凝土入罐到排出，氣溫高時不得超過2小時排出，陰雨天氣溫度低時，不得超過2.5小時。

7. The slump of concrete transported by automatic feeding mixer shall not be less than 8cm. From the time of concrete entering the tank to discharging, it shall not exceed 2 hours when the temperature is high, and it shall not exceed 2.5 hours when the temperature is low in rainy days.

8、自動上料水泥攪拌車在排出混凝土之前，應(yīng)使攪拌筒在10-12轉(zhuǎn)/分的轉(zhuǎn)速下轉(zhuǎn)動1分鐘，再進行排料。

8. Before discharging the concrete, the automatic loading cement mixer shall rotate the mixing drum for 1 minute at the speed of 10-12 rpm before discharging.

9、出料完畢后，應(yīng)立即用隨車的軟管放水將進料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位沖洗干凈，排去粘結(jié)在車身各處的污物及殘留混凝土，再向攪拌筒內(nèi)注水150-200L的清水，在返回途中要讓攪拌筒慢速轉(zhuǎn)動，以清洗內(nèi)壁，避免殘余料渣附在筒壁和攪拌葉上，并在再一次裝料前將這些水放掉。

9. After discharging, immediately flush the feeding inlet, discharge hopper, discharge chute and other parts with the hose attached to the vehicle, drain the dirt and residual concrete bonded to the vehicle body, and then inject 150-200L clean water into the mixing drum. On the way back, let the mixing drum rotate slowly to clean the inner wall to avoid the residual slag adhering to the drum wall and mixing blade, and drain the water before re loading.

10、自動上料水泥攪拌車運送混凝土?xí)r，發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速在1000-1400轉(zhuǎn)/分范圍內(nèi)工作，以使發(fā)動機有大扭距，在運送混凝土過程中，車速不得超過40km/h，以保行車。

10. When the automatic feeding cement mixer is used to transport concrete, the engine speed shall be within the range of 1000-1400 rpm to make the engine have a large torque. During the concrete transportation, the speed shall not exceed 40km/h to ensure driving.

11、自動上料水泥攪拌車在水泵工作時，禁止空轉(zhuǎn)，連續(xù)使用時不要超過15分鐘。
