強制式攪拌機有單臥軸攪拌機和雙臥軸攪拌機兩種，兩者的構(gòu)成部件和工作原理都有不同，自上料攪拌車介紹單臥軸攪拌機的工作原理及特點。

，單臥軸攪拌機的構(gòu)成：由機架、攪拌裝置、傳動系統(tǒng)、限位裝置及電器控制系統(tǒng)所組成。機架是整個設(shè)備的支撐部分，由槽鋼焊接而成，攪拌裝置由攪拌筒，攪拌軸，攪拌鏟片所組成，攪拌鏟片固定在攪拌臂上，并且與攪拌軸組成一體形成兩組螺旋方向相反，但導(dǎo)程及螺旋升角相同的螺旋帶狀攪拌鏟，攪拌鏟與攪拌筒內(nèi)臂間隙可微量調(diào)整。自上料攪拌車，傳動機構(gòu)是由減速機和聯(lián)軸器組成，筒體限位裝置由鎖定銷及定位孔所組成，電器控制系統(tǒng)具有起動、點動、停止、定時的功能。

The gap between the mixing shovel and the inner arm of the mixing cylinder can be slightly adjusted. For the self loading mixer, the transmission mechanism is composed of reducer and coupling, the cylinder limit device is composed of locking pin and positioning hole, and the electrical control system has the functions of starting, inching, stopping and timing.

其次，單臥軸攪拌機的工作原理：減速電動機通過連軸器使攪拌軸沿一個方向旋轉(zhuǎn)，攪拌軸上的正反兩組鏟片攪拌物料，由于螺旋升角的作用，鏟片工作時使筒內(nèi)的物料由一側(cè)推向另一側(cè)，又由另一側(cè)推回原處的循環(huán)動作，使物料得到充分的攪拌，從而獲得理想的攪拌效果。自上料攪拌車，卸料時須停機，打開鎖定銷，使筒體旋轉(zhuǎn)一定角度，再限位，按點動按鈕，實現(xiàn)拌和物排出筒外。
