由于混凝土?xí)诙虝r間內(nèi)凝固成硬塊，且對鋼材和油漆有一定的腐蝕性，所以每次使用混凝土貯罐后，洗凈粘附在混凝土貯罐及進出料口上的混凝土是每日維護需要認(rèn)真進行的工作。其中包括：

1、磨合過程：混凝土攪拌車的磨合里程為1000－2500，進口車的磨合期則更長一些，多數(shù)為1500－3000。磨合期分為三個階段。行駛里程100時為磨合初期，200時為初磨合程度，3000就可磨合形成氧化膜。

2、行駛速度：磨合期內(nèi)應(yīng)盡量低速行駛。一般情況下，載重混凝土攪拌車車速不宜超過45/小時，混凝土攪拌車的車速車速應(yīng)在50－80/小時以內(nèi)。同時，在起步前不要讓發(fā)動機怠速運轉(zhuǎn)太長時間，30秒左右即可起步。初駛期300以內(nèi)應(yīng)避免緊急制動。
