攪拌一體車按裝料的不同可以分為干式攪拌車和濕式攪拌車，我們一般比較常見的都是濕料式。攪拌車的工作原理主要是：由取力器將發(fā)動機的能量通過傳動軸傳給液壓泵，液壓泵產(chǎn)生液壓能通過油管傳到液壓馬達(dá)，液壓馬達(dá)再將液壓能轉(zhuǎn)化為動能，再通過減速機傳遞到攪拌罐，通過液壓泵的伺服手柄角度從而實現(xiàn)攪拌罐的正反轉(zhuǎn)速的大小，以實現(xiàn)裝料、攪拌、攪動、出料等作業(yè)。攪拌車上各個部分都有各自的功能，下面我來一一介紹一下。
