多功能攪拌車廣泛適用于中小型建筑工程混凝土的混凝土生產以及養(yǎng)殖用青儲飼料的攪拌作業(yè)，根據(jù)外形分辨，主要分為圓筒式多功能攪拌車和平口式多功能攪拌車。

大家都知道，多功能攪拌車在每天使用后要及時清洗，以防止攪拌車罐內殘存的混凝土凝固或者對設備造成腐蝕。下面簡要介紹一下多功能攪拌車的清洗過程：

As we all know, the multi-functional mixer truck should be cleaned in time after use every day to prevent the residual concrete in the tank of the mixer truck from solidification or corrosion to the equipment. The following is a brief introduction to the cleaning process of multifunctional mixer truck:

1、每天的工作結束后，將攪拌罐內注入適量的水，并保持攪拌罐緩慢旋轉；

1. After the work every day, inject an appropriate amount of water into the mixing tank and keep the mixing tank rotating slowly;

2、將多功能攪拌車水箱里的水加滿，以保證清洗過程的水量充足；

2. Fill up the water in the water tank of the multifunctional mixer truck to ensure sufficient water in the cleaning process;

3、向罐體內注水，注水過程中保持攪拌罐工作狀態(tài)，以足夠的水量保證洗掉攪拌罐內殘存的混凝土；

4、打開洗車泵，接好高壓水槍（多功能攪拌車標配，有些廠家可能需要定制）；

5、仔細清洗罐體、進料口、出料口、車身等殘留物料；

6、確認沒有水泥和混凝土結塊后，將攪拌罐內污水放掉。
