在城市規(guī)劃建設基本建設地面、道路公路橋梁、房屋、混凝土攪拌站以及水利水電工程工程項目中，混凝土攪拌站車可謂是不可或缺的運送常用工具，十分是自動攪拌一體機，因其具有車身窄、軸距短等情感化設計計劃方案特點，因而對高度限制、寬、長的工作環(huán)境有很強的運用優(yōu)勢。那么，功能完善的自動攪拌一體機到底是如何工作上的呢？

1.預拌混凝土的拌和運送。將在混凝土攪拌站拌和好的混泥土馬上放進混凝土攪拌車中運送，在自動攪拌一體機運送半途，拌和筒大約以1～3r/min傳動比轉動，使筒內(nèi)混泥土不斷拌和，避免混凝土裂縫情況，以保證混泥土質(zhì)量。這類方法運送混泥土的間隔不宜過長，一般控制在混泥土初凝以前，根據(jù)混泥土配置和交通路況、平均氣溫等規(guī)范可定好間距或時間。

1. Mixing and transportation of ready mixed concrete. The concrete mixed in the concrete mixing plant is immediately put into the concrete mixing truck for transportation. Halfway through the transportation of the automatic mixing machine, the mixing drum rotates at a transmission ratio of about 1 ~ 3R / min to continuously mix the concrete in the drum to avoid concrete cracks and ensure the quality of concrete. 2.混泥土攪拌料的拌和運送。一般有2種情況：顆粒物料和水料拌和運送。顆粒物料注水拌和運送：在調(diào)味品站將石料、混泥土等顆粒物料按混泥土配置加上拌和筒內(nèi)，再將拌和飲用水加上車內(nèi)儲儲水箱，在半途適當?shù)拈g隔或時間將水噴入筒內(nèi)，對混泥土進行拌和，也可去施工施工工地后拌和。水料拌和運送：在調(diào)味品站將石料砂石料、混泥土和水等攪拌料按配置此外放進拌和筒內(nèi)，拌和筒在運送半途以8～12r/min的傳動比轉動，對攪拌料進行拌和，開展拌和工作中。

2. Mixing and transportation of concrete mixing materials. Generally, there are two situations: mixing and transportation of granular materials and water materials. Water injection, mixing and transportation of granular materials: add granular materials such as stone and concrete into the mixing drum according to the concrete configuration in the condiment station, and then add the mixing drinking water into the internal storage tank. Spray water into the drum at appropriate intervals or time on the way to mix the concrete, or go to the construction site for mixing. Mixing and transportation of water materials: put the mixing materials such as stone, sand and stone, concrete and water into the mixing drum according to the configuration in the condiment station. The mixing drum rotates at the transmission ratio of 8 ~ 12R / min during the transportation to mix the mixing materials and carry out the mixing work.

上述2種方式比照，前邊一種更能提升對混泥土的運送時間或間隔。還有一種方式是從某種程度上來講，自動攪拌一體機基本替代了混凝土攪拌站的作用，為應用人既節(jié)省了機械設備投資項目，又提高了生產(chǎn)率。但是，在混泥土粘結力，均勻等質(zhì)量上存在著難點，不象混凝土攪拌站生產(chǎn)加工的混泥土那樣好。因而，為保證混泥土的質(zhì)量，考慮到當今基建項目建筑施工的要求，另一種工作方式變成了目前自動攪拌一體機的甄選工作方式。

Compared with the above two methods, the former one can better improve the transportation time or interval of concrete. Another way is that to some extent, the automatic mixing machine basically replaces the role of the concrete mixing plant, which not only saves the investment projects of mechanical equipment, but also improves the productivity for the users. However, there are difficulties in the quality of concrete adhesion and uniformity, which is not as good as the concrete produced and processed in the concrete mixing plant. Therefore, in order to ensure the quality of concrete, considering the requirements of today's infrastructure project construction, another working mode has become the current selection working mode of automatic mixing machine.

當然，要想更各個方面地充分運用自動攪拌一體機的功效和優(yōu)勢，進熟悉混凝土攪拌車的基本原理仍是不夠的，更重要的是掌握適當操作流程，并提高對混凝土攪拌車的維修保養(yǎng)和檢查維修，僅有那般才能夠保證混凝土攪拌車從始終運行狀態(tài)。
