1、自動攪拌一體機運輸混凝土過程中如車輛發(fā)生故障，出現(xiàn)罐體停轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象時，請按如下操作方法施救：（1）應檢查是否為操縱機構(gòu)故障，擺動操縱手柄觀察油泵擺桿是否發(fā)生變化；（2）若操縱機構(gòu)無異常，應嘗試采用應急油管進行施救；若應急油管施救無效，則需要立即打開罐體檢修孔將混凝土清理出來；若檢修孔位置不合適，必須在前錐適當位置使用氣割緊急開孔，然后以快的速度將罐內(nèi)混凝土清理出來。

1. If the vehicle breaks down and the tank stops running during the transportation of concrete by the automatic mixer, please rescue according to the following operation methods: (1) first check whether it is the fault of the control mechanism, swing the control handle and observe whether the swing rod of the oil pump changes; (2) If the operating mechanism is normal, try to use emergency oil pipe for rescue; If the rescue of the emergency oil pipe is invalid, the tank physical repair hole shall be opened immediately to clean the concrete; If the position of the manhole is inappropriate, gas cutting must be used at the appropriate position of the front cone for emergency opening, and then the concrete in the tank shall be cleaned out as soon as possible.

2、自動攪拌一體機從混凝土入罐到排出，氣溫高時，2小時內(nèi)盡量排出，陰雨天氣溫度低時，不宜超過3小時。

2. When the temperature is high, the concrete shall be discharged as far as possible within 2 hours. When the temperature is low in cloudy and rainy weather, it shall not exceed 3 hours.

3、自動攪拌一體機在排出混凝土之前，應使攪拌筒高速轉(zhuǎn)動1分鐘，再進行排料。

4、自動攪拌一體機出料完畢，應立即用隨車的軟管放水，將進料口、出料斗及出料溜槽等部位沖洗干凈，排去粘結(jié)在車身各處的混凝土，再向攪拌筒內(nèi)注水150-200L的清水。在返回途中要讓攪拌筒慢速轉(zhuǎn)動，以清洗內(nèi)壁，避免殘余料渣附在筒壁和攪拌葉片上，在下一次裝料前將這些水放掉。

4. After the discharge of the automatic mixing machine, drain the water with the hose on the vehicle immediately, wash the feed inlet, discharge hopper and discharge chute, drain the concrete bonded to the vehicle body, and then inject 150-200l of clean water into the mixing drum. 5、自動攪拌一體機運送混凝土時，車速不得超過40km/h，以保證行車。
