1、液壓系統(tǒng)壓力應(yīng)符合使用說明書中的規(guī)定，不得隨意調(diào)整。液壓油的油質(zhì)和油量應(yīng)符合原定要求。

2、攪拌車裝料前，應(yīng)先排凈拌筒內(nèi)殘存的積水和雜物。在運(yùn)輸過程中要不停的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，以防混凝土離析。攪拌車到達(dá)工地和卸料之前，應(yīng)先使拌筒全速以14—18轉(zhuǎn)/分轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)1—2分鐘，然后再進(jìn)行反轉(zhuǎn)卸料。反轉(zhuǎn)之前，應(yīng)使攪拌筒停穩(wěn)不轉(zhuǎn)。

5. 7.
